Call 1 877 312 7335 or email info@tumblecreekhomes.com NOW Step 2 • Our floor plan guide will help you determine how our homes matches your dream. Once you have selected your new floor plan, you will then be quoted a firm price by our Dealer Contractors who can give you a firm price for the model selected. Step 3 • When you are happy with your selection, you authorize a reservation agreement and pay a deposit (this is applied to the purchase price). You will then receive a full set of plans enabling Dealer Contractor or an alternate contractor you have chosen to price the site preparation, interior finishing and arrange for any permits required. Step 4 • A contract is then completed, with all final specifications. This calls for an additional deposit. Step 5 • We begin building your home and provide you with a firm delivery date. Step 6 • Your home is shipped from our site, placed on your prepared foundation and built to a “lock-up” stage within days!
